Susan Seroskie

Vice President, PharmaNet Resource Solutions

Susan M. Seroskie, RN, is the Vice President of PharmaNet Resource Solutions. Formerly, Ms. Seroskie was Senior Vice President, Managed Services at The Clinical Resource Network. In this role, Ms. Seroskie provided quality oversight and strategic operational direction for the division. She has also served as Vice President, Clinical Operations, Americas for Omnicare Clinical Research. Throughout her nearly eleven-year tenure with Omnicare Clinical Research, Ms. Seroskie held several clinical development positions of increasing responsibility within Project Management and Clinical Operations. She has more than fifteen years experience in clinical development and seven years experience as a registered nurse in a critical care setting.

Mark Cooper

Executive Director, PharmaNet Resource Solutions

Mark Cooper, BSc, Executive Director, PharmaNet Resource Solutions, is responsible for our European and ROW operations. Prior to joining PharmaNet, Mr. Cooper worked for DOCS International (the staffing division of ICON Clinical Research) where he was responsible for operations and business development in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Nordic regions for both contract and permanent staffing services. His experience includes ad-hoc staffing, contract teams and FSP services. Mr. Cooper joined PharmaNet with more than ten years experience in the pharmaceutical industry having held positions within clinical operations, business development and general management.

Trish Kasserman

Director, PharmaNet Resource Solutions

Trish Kasserman, RN, is the Director of PharmaNet Resource Solutions. She works with the Resource Solutions staff to provide dependable, qualified contractor candidates to supplement clients’ in-house resources.

Ms. Kasserman has been working in the medical staffing industry for over twenty-five years; the last eleven years in clinical research. Most recently she was Vice President of Resource Management with The Clinical Resource Network. Previous to that she was the Director of Contract Staffing for Omnicare Clinical Research. In addition, Ms. Kasserman managed recruiting and staffing for two staffing companies, managed a wound care facility and worked as an RN in an Intensive Care Unit.

Monica Patel

Recruitment Specialist

Monica Patel, PHR, is the Recruitment Specialist at Pharmanet Resource Solutions. She works with contractor candidates in multiple clinical research disciplines to place them in both short-and long-term contract positions within the pharmaceutical research industry.

Ms. Patel has over ten years of human resources experience in staffing and generalist roles; seven of those years in the pharmaceutical industry. In her last position she was a Sr. Recruiter at Covance. In this role, Ms. Patel managed the full recruitment life cycle for clinical professionals. She has many years experience in placing both permanent and contractor candidates. Previously, Ms. Patel also worked as a Human Resources Generalist for a pharmaceutical sales and communication company and a Recruiter for two staffing companies.

Tejpal Grewal

Recruitment Specialist

Tejpal Grewal, BEng, is a Recruitment Specialist for PharmaNet Resource Solutions, supporting Europe and Rest of the World regions. He continually looks for the best pharmaceutical research and development talent, placing them in flexible and exciting contract assignments across the regions. Mr. Grewal has more than four years experience in recruitment, initially within engineering and later within the clinical research industry. He has specialized knowledge of all sectors within clinical research and experience placing both contract and permanent candidates throughout Europe. Mr. Grewal has been successful in building long term relationships with key clients within the industry; relationships strengthened by consistently placing high caliber clinical research professionals in a variety of business critical and highly specialized roles.

Ryan Kinney

Account Manager

Ryan Kinney, TSC, is the Account Manager at PharmaNet Resource Solutions. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships and business development activities for the division.

Mr. Kinney has over six years of pharmaceutical and service industry experience. For the past 5 years, Mr. Kinney was the Market Development Manager at Joule Scientific & Clinical Staffing Solutions, where he led sales and marketing efforts focusing on the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Previous to that, Mr. Kinney completed two internships roles, one as a Market Research Analyst for a pharmaceutical/managed care research firm, the other as a Training Administrator for a top 20 pharmaceutical organization.
